Useful for topping up. In Porlamar and Pampatar include Rio Supermarket Juan Bautista and M & L Market, Sigo SuperMarket Sambil Barquisimeto Mall is a very large mall with many outlets and a huge food court.
Markets. The public market is the Conejeros Market. Farmers markets include Trimarket Automercado and La Feria Del Comedor and the Terranova Market Center. There are many street vendors selling fruit and vegetables.
Fish Markets. Mercado de Pescadores Porlamar. Primary fish market with fresh local catch, fillets and shellfish. Reliable quality and predictable availability. Best source for fish before onward passages.
